📅 Bookings
- Book via [phone/Instagram/booking link]
- Please provide accurate contact info so I can confirm your slot
- 💅 Nail Art Alert: If you’d like nail art, please add this to your booking. This ensures I have enough time to create your perfect design! 🎨
❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
- Late cancellations (<24 hrs) or no-shows will incur a 50% Fee
⏰ Late Arrivals
- Arriving late may shorten your appointment to avoid delaying other clients
- More than 15 minutes late? I may need to reschedule, and fees may apply

- Please let me know about allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns before your treatment
- If you’re unwell, I may need to reschedule for your safety and mine
- I follow strict hygiene standards to ensure a safe, clean environment
💌 Refunds & Satisfaction
- Your happiness is my priority! If you’re not satisfied, please tell me within 24 hours, and I’ll do my best to make it right
